Audio & Podcasting

In 2018, my partner and I founded Copper & Heat, our podcast exploring the unspoken rules and traditions of restaurants. Since then, we have won multiple awards (including a James Beard Award), and grown our podcasting company to produce shows for brands such as Mastercard and Maker’s Mark Bourbon.

Content Creation

As part of Copper & Heat Creative, we also do a variety of other digital media content creation for food and restaurant brands. Since 2021, we have been managing the social media and writing ebook and blog content for Simplot Foods in Boise.
